Return policy.
We accept returns of unused products in original condition within 30 days of delivery. In such cases , we will refund the purchase price once item is returned through the RMA process detailed below.
If you have an issue with the product, to be eligible for a return, your item must be unmodified, and returned in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Products that have been modified or damaged due to improper installation or excessive use are not eligible for return. (contact us with any issue as there may be resolutions before a return is needed.)
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for all returns unless the item is damaged upon arrival.
If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with clear photos of damage and we will provide a replacement at no additional cost or full refund. Note that the damaged item should still be returned through the RMA process below.
If eligible, and item is returned through the RMA process, returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days once the item is received and inspected.
To Begin the return process, complete the return request form below. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. If approved, you will receive an RMA number and return instructions. The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package. Returned items must be received within 30 days of RMA issuance.
