If we cancel your order after payment has been received, you will receive a refund of the amount paid.

4. Shipping & Risk of Loss

Shipping timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Risk of loss and title for purchased products transfer to the customer upon confirmed delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout.

We are not responsible for shipping delays beyond our reasonable control.

If your package is lost (no confirmed delivery), refer to our Return Policy.

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our published Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Customer acknowledges that:

  • Products may alter the original condition or functionality of compatible third-party devices or vehicles

  • Installation and use are performed at the customer’s own risk

  • Use of aftermarket products may affect eligibility for manufacturer warranty coverage depending on installation and use

We are not responsible for:

  • Damage to third-party devices or vehicles

  • Loss of device or vehicle functionality

  • Improper installation

  • Manufacturer software or firmware updates affecting compatibility or performance

  • Hardware or design changes made by third-party manufacturers affecting compatibility

Third-party manufacturers may release software, hardware or firmware updates that modify, disable, or reduce compatibility with aftermarket products.

7. Assumption of Risk

Customer assumes all risks associated with the installation and use of our products.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company disclaims liability for any injury, property damage, loss, or other claims arising from misuse of our products.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising from the purchase or use of our products shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Customers initiating chargebacks without first contacting us may be:

  • Subject to recovery of collection costs and administrative fees permitted by law
